The Longest Day of the Year
After spending quite a bit of time six months ago talking about the Shortest Day of the Year, I almost forgot to mention that today is the longest day of the year.
Hello Summer.
And how long is "the longest day of the year" in Reykjavik? Well, according to about.com, it is about 21 hours. Oh, and that link gives a few other locales as well, so happy searching.

The longest term available is a 50-year mortgage. However, these are typically balloon loans, with the remaining balance being due in 30-years.
These are great loans for folks who want the lowest payment possible, however you will pay the more interest than a typical 30-year loan.

Well, it is indeed great to spend time in a place like you feel comfortable. Apartments nowadays are very in demand because of the kind of lifestyles of people. They wanted a place that has low maintenance but trendy and functional. Thanks a lot for a wonderful story. More power.
