Iceland in the Snow

Thanks to Ms. K for finding this very cool collection of Iceland photos.

Hmmm

Well, to this point, no one has taken me up on my offer (see post below) to lend my readers here some info on Iceland. Either you are all just waiting until that perfect idea comes to mind or you're enjoying watching me try to dig up things to write about on my own.

All I can say to that is that there are a couple of new photo galleries here--pictures from the Blue Lagoon and the "Golden Circle." I'm looking to add some more Reykjavik pictures soon.

I should also be adding some more Icelandic web sites this week.

An Update

Lately, this blog has been receiving quite a good number of hits--which is a great thing, though it makes me feel that I should actually be updating it regularly. So, as I've promised before, I'll be posting here a bit more frequently. In order to help ensure that, I'm offering anyone reading this the opportunity to send me information, stories, etc. about Iceland and I'll be sure to post them. You can email me using the handy About box in the upper right of this blog, just below the picture. Whether you're writing a restaurant review, telling us about upcoming events, talking about your adventures, or discussing politics or or or.... you see what I mean. And finally, as I was searching around for new Reykjavik information, I saw this story about a new cafe opening:The Grass Root Cafe. Has anyone been there? Please let us know what it's like.
