It Was a Coin Toss

Tonight I heard part of Henning's appearance on The River with Johnny Memphis. A couple of peppy interviews, some river-style banter. Good stuff. One thing I did notice though was that everytime Johnny Memphis (aka the River's DJ 21 hours a day) mentioned Henning winning the singer-songwriter contest, Mr. Memphis would say something like: "well, someone had to win" or "the judges had to close their eyes and pick one" or "it was a coin toss and you won." Such overwhelming praise should make the next press kit. Oh sure, I realize he was just pointing out the quality of the competition and all that, but it was priceless.
